Here are the simple guidelines to help your planning go smoothly.


Private Party Guidelines

Deposit — $70

A $70 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. After you submit the booking form, I’ll send you a simple online invoice that you can pay securely. Your deposit is fully applied toward your total party cost.

How Guests Pay

You’re welcome to collect payments from your guests however you prefer. The remaining balance is paid by you (as one single payment) 48 hours before the party.

Pricing

Each seat is $35 per painter. I’ll send your final invoice two days before the event based on your confirmed headcount.

Minimum Group Size

Private parties require at least 4 painters. If your group ends up a little smaller, no worries—the $70 deposit still helps cover canvas preparation and supplies.

The Host Paints Free!

As a thank you for organizing, the host paints FREE when you have 9 or more paying painters.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll select a new date.

Larger Groups

If you’re planning an event with more than 20 painters, please reach out to discuss availability and setup options.
